The spiritual development of the student is an essential part of the school's mission. Students are provided regular opportunities to participate in the sacraments and to attend a yearly retreat. Seniors are required to participate in the senior retreat (offered throughout the year) and all underclassmen are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunities offered.
The school Chapel is located on the first floor, next to the library. Like any religious area, it is a sacred place and is to be used for prayer, quiet time, and sharing in a reflective manner. The Chapel is to be a haven from the daily distractions that come between us and God.
All are always welcome for mass, which is held in the chapel on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7:20 AM. All masses are preceded by morning prayer at 7:10 AM. Additional masses and eucharastic adoration are often scheduled during special times such as Advent and Lent.
